risks of serious harm to human rights, health/safety and the environment,
alleged harassment (for Arkéa ProCapital Services employees only)
all other professional alerts falling within the scope of the Sapin 2 Act.
In your capacity as a whistleblower, you benefit from a protection regime, provided for by law n°2016-1691 of December 9, 2016, known as the SAPIN II law, if you report information in good faith and without direct financial consideration.
To make your report, Arkéa ProCapital Services provides you with the secure Whistleblower Software ApS platform, accessible 24/7. All information communicated is encrypted and stored in this secure, independent information system, which complies with all confidentiality rules. All persons involved in the processing of a report are bound by a confidentiality agreement and will treat the report with the utmost care.
This right to alert must be exercised in a responsible, non-defamatory and non-abusive manner.
Misuse of the alert system may lead to prosecution and/or sanctions. Whistle-blowers cannot be penalized if they decide not to make use of this right.
