Making a claim

If you have a complaint, please contact your usual contact person.

In all cases, you can send Arkéa ProCapital Services a letter of complaint by post to the following address:

  • Your request will be acknowledged within a maximum of ten working days from receipt of the complaint, unless you receive a reply within this period;
  • We will respond to your complaint within a maximum of two months from the date we receive it, except in duly justified special circumstances of which you will be informed.

If you do not receive a reply within two months, or if the response is deemed unsatisfactory, you can contact the AMF Ombudsman free of charge.

By filling in the form available on the AMF website.

The AMF Mediation Charter is available on the AMF website at the same address.

By sending a letter by post to the address below.
