Making a claim

If you have a complaint, please contact your usual contact person.

In all cases, you can send Arkéa ProCapital Services a letter of complaint by post to the following address:

  • Your request will be acknowledged within a maximum of ten working days from receipt of the complaint, unless you receive a reply within this period;
  • We will respond to your complaint within a maximum of two months from the date we receive it, except in duly justified special circumstances of which you will be informed.

If you do not receive a reply within two months, or if the response is deemed unsatisfactory, you can contact the AMF Ombudsman free of charge.
