In October, all Arkéa ProCapital Services France and Belgium employees took part in the “Customer Culture” training course organized by Crédit Mutuel Arkéa. Supported by the “Faire 2030” plan, this initiative helps to promote a common customer culture throughout the Group. These half-day training sessions were opened by Guillaume Antonietti, who presented the principles of customer culture during a conference.
The collaborative workshops that followed enabled participants to:
– Strengthen their knowledge of the Group and embrace its customer promise,
– Understand their roles, their leverage, and the impact of their actions on the customer experience, regardless of their job,
– Identify initial concrete actions to implement at their level starting today.
