On January 28, 2021, Cr\u00e9dit Mutuel Ark\u00e9a’s Board of Directors approved the Group’s new strategic plan : “Transitions 2024”. This Medium-Term Plan constitutes the roadmap and strategic guidelines that the company has set itself to achieve its vision over the next four years.<\/p>\n

Following on from the previous plan, “Ark\u00e9a 2020”, the 2024 medium-term plan is part of a powerful drive to transform Cr\u00e9dit Mutuel Ark\u00e9a’s businesses and achieve sustainable growth.<\/p>\n

To build this Medium-Term Plan (MTP), the Group has asked its various business units and entities to reflect on the strategic directions that support Ark\u00e9a’s “Raison d’Etre”, itself adopted at a Shareholder’s Meeting in May 2020.<\/p>\n

The result ?<\/h2>\n

Four strategic priorities were defined to guide the Group’s development and implement the intentions expressed in its “Raison d’\u00eatre”.<\/p>\n

  1. Expanding the range of offerings and services with a positive impact<\/li>\n
  2. Promoting and supporting responsible regional development<\/li>\n
  3. Offer an increasingly personalized customer experience and aim for excellence in customer relations<\/li>\n
  4. Developing Ark\u00e9a’s partnership model<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
