and associated action plan are currently being drafted and will be published shortly.<\/p><p>This accessibility statement applies to the Ark\u00e9a ProCapital Services website.<\/p><h2>Compliance least one multimedia content has no text transcription and\/or audio description.<\/li><li>[4.4] The subtitles of at least one multimedia content are not relevant.<\/li><li>[4.17] At least one time-based medium does not allow control over the presentation of subtitles.<\/li><li>[4.18] At least one temporal medium does not allow its translation subtitles to be vocalized.<\/li><li>[6.1] At least one link has an irrelevant title.<\/li><li>[6.2] At least one link has no heading.<\/li><li>[7.1] At least one JavaScript feature is not compatible with assistive technologies or makes inappropriate use of ARIA properties.<\/li><li>[7.3] At least one JavaScript feature cannot be controlled by the keyboard or any other pointing device.<\/li><li>[7.5] At least one status message is not rendered by assistive technologies.<\/li><li>[8.7] At least one language change is not identified.<\/li><li>[8.9] At least one tag is used for presentation purposes (e.g. empty paragraphs and\/or unstructured text in paragraph tags).<\/li><li>[9.1] The hierarchy of titles on at least one page is irrelevant.<\/li><li>[9.2] The structure of at least one page of the document is not consistent.<\/li><li>[9.3] At least one list is not correctly structured.<\/li><li>[10.3] At least one piece of content is not in a logical order in the source code.<\/li><li>[10.5] At least one text with disabilities.<\/li><\/ul><h2>Drawing up this declaration of accessibility<\/h2><p>This declaration was drawn up on 14\/10\/2025.<\/p><p>Technologies used to create the
